Returns & Refund Eligibility

Perishable Products

Refunds or returns are not applicable for perishable items due to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.

This includes (but is not limited to) food items that require specific storage conditions or have limited shelf life.

Non-Perishable Products

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof such as clear photos and order details must be provided

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take a few business days, depending on your payment provider
  • If a return is required, instructions will be shared by our support team

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is Damaged, Incorrect or Missing

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Perishable products
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Requests raised after the 24-hour window
