Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Sydney only.
Orders placed outside our delivery area will not be accepted.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next business day
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the following business day
• No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays

Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery on the next business day.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above $75
• Delivery charges may apply to orders below $75 (displayed at checkout)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons

Delivery Limitations

• No same-day delivery
• No weekend delivery
• Delivery is available only within Sydney

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, the order may be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply.
